How it works

Schedule an Assessment ($75 Retainer Fee)
A professional technician will inspect your vehicle in person to determine the condition, specific detailing needs, and the best approach for service.
– A $75 non-refundable retainer fee is required to book this assesment.
– If you decide to proceed with the service, the $75 fee will be applied toward the total cost.
– If you choose not to move forward, the fee is forfeited.
– We’ll determine if your vehicle can be serviced on-site or if it requires work at our garage.
– The assessment does not include any cleaning or detailing services-this is strictly an evaluation.

On-Site or Garage? Choosing the Right Service Location
During the assessment, we will determine whether your vehicle can be fully detailed on-site or if it requires more extensive work that must be completed at our Ballard, West Seattle, or Downtown garage.
Factors that may require a garage appointment include:
– Excessive dirt, stains, flood damage, or mold remediation that needs deep extraction.
– Severe interior odors requiring ozone treatment.
– Heavy paint correrction or ceramic coating applications.
– Limited access to power, lighting, or water at your location.
– If you need time to decide, your assessment is valid for up to 2 weeks from inspection date.

Schedule Your Mobile or Garage Detailing Appointment
Once the assessment is complete, we’ll work with you to find a time that fits both our schedules for your detailing appointment.
Our mobile detailing team arrives fully equipped with professional-grade products, tools, water, and power if needed. However, gaining access to your power and water source would be a bonus and can help ensure the most efficient service.
Mobile Service Fee: $50 – This is seperate from the $75 assessment fee and applies to all mobile appointments.
Additional Vehicles: If you would like to have multiple cars detailed at the same location, there is a $25 additional fee per vehicle.
Want to save $50? If you choose to bring your vehicle to one of our locations, you can skip the mobile service fee.
