Deposit & Minimum
A $250 deposit is required to secure all mobile appointments. This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost. A $475 minimum service charge applies to all mobile detailing appointments.
Excessively Dirty Vehicles
If a vehicle is excessively dirty, heavily soiled, or requires specialized equipment, we may request to perform the job at one of our shop locations. In some cases, we may respectfully decline the service if conditions prevent us from completing the job properly or safely.
Scheduling
Please ensure your vehicle is available and accesible at the scheduled time. We require at least 48h hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a mobile appointment. An on-site assessment appointment may be arranged prior to your scheduled service date to evaluate the vehicle’s condition and ensure we can perform the service safely and efficiently on-site.
