I’ve been there for a couple of detailing appointments and have always received great customer service. They always leave my cars sparkling clean. I think the prices are fair as well for the quality and service that you receive.

I’m a fan! Second time in for my 2009 Rx suv, and I appreciate the inspection and then recommendations for detailing my old ‘horse’. The front staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The waiting area is well lit and wifi is a plus, so can work remotely. I recommend the Ballard shop!

My service was amazing and my car looks nearly brand new. There was so much tree sap on the car that I was almost embarrassed to drive it.

I had such a great experience at this detailing place! They did an amazing job on the interior—my car looks and smells brand new inside. They also managed to buff out some scratches on the side that had been bothering me for a while. Super friendly staff, easy to work with, and you can tell they really care about their work. Highly recommend!
